So I would like to make a website that randomly shows a bit of nicely formatted text randomly. I would have a huge list of phrases somewhere, and whenever someone loaded the website it would randomly pick one and display it, maybe in a nice font and in the middle of their mobile screen or something. Thats all I would want on the website.
How can I make this? And how can i host it for free? It would be very low usage (it would only have one user really), and they would use it maybe once a day. I know nothing about web dev so if someone could talk me through exactly how I can do this I would really appreciate it :)
